We are looking for an HR Coodinator who will provide high quality and consistent HR Operations and Business Support to the organization.

- HR Operational support delivered timely/efficiently and with high quality service
- Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, PO management, support internal/external audit etc.
- Ensure that all HR processes and procedures are managed in line with Syngenta policies and local regulations/standards. Key to this regard is to ensure that all processes are managed within the ethics and compliance standards of the company
- Keeping labour law documents up to date
- Provide guidance to Line Managers on local policies, procedures and HR processes areas including but not limited to performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, leave management, etc.
- Prepare HR reports and build KPIs, dashboards
- Manage Onboarding HR sessions for New Hires and New Line Managers
- Involvement in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and Employer branding initiatives
- Contribute to HR and business projects aimed at developing solutions related to people (Development, Leadership, Diversity)
- Manage hard and digital copies of employee records
- Coordinate the visa and immigration process

You will be a great fit if you have:
- University Degree; ideally related to HR field (Human Resources, Business Administration) or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar or related role
- Previous experience in global companies and large organizations, experience supporting SSCs, and fast-paced Operational functions will be an added advantage
- Fluency in English is a must
- A good understanding and interpretation of local legislation
- Experience in Payroll processes
- Great service mind and the ability to prioritize and provide quick support to internal stakeholders, colleagues, employees and managers
- Data driven mindset and data accuracy
- Familiarity and understanding of HR information systems, preferably Workday
- Stakeholder management skills coupled with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer centricity
