About the role
As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a welcoming onboarding experience to new employees. You’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners, the HR Operations Manager, and various internal teams to support key HR functions and projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your HR expertise while contributing to exciting initiatives at Framestore.
This role covers four key areas. Here’s an overview;
HR Administration:
Act as the main point of contact for employee HR queries and manage the HR inbox.
Coordinate the new joiner process, from creating contracts to onboarding, and present weekly induction sessions.
Maintain and update HR systems (we use Hi Bob), and generate regular reports.
Handle administrative tasks such as reference checks and employment verifications.
Right to Work & Visa Management:
Manage right-to-work checks and ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
Support skilled worker visa applications and renewals, staying informed of policy changes.
Payroll Support:
Provide accurate new joiner and leaver information to the Payroll Manager.
Assist with payroll administration and act as a point of contact for payslip and P45 requests.
HR Business Partner Support:
Assist with employee relations issues, attend meetings as a note-taker, and support redundancy consultations.
Contribute to HR projects, including the Internship Programme, gender pay gap reporting, and quarterly HR updates.
Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends, and report findings.
