Job Purpose:
- To provide the Company with expertise HR services and administration as well as supervise HR Service Staff.
- Responsible for delivering operational excellence in all the Human Resources disciplines and processes.
- Is accountable for delivering on HR and Class of Business KPI’s
Principal Accountabilities:
- Ensure the effective and efficient management of the Recruitment and on-boarding functions.
- Ensure compliance to all employment related regulations (i.e. PAYE, Employment Equity, Social Security, Labour Law, NTA etc.).
- Promote a Learning Culture (i.e. Performance & Talent Management, Employee Training and Development) as well as facilitate OD activities.
- Promote a conducive working environment (i.e. Employee Relations and Wellness).
- Responsible for all Remuneration and Benefits related administration (i.e. payroll, surveys, 3rd parties, record keeping etc.).
- Advice management and staff on compliance related matters (i.e. with the Labour law, organizational policies & procedures, code of conduct etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR related enquiries.
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of Office Services and contracts.
Requirements
- Degree in HRM or Business-related field.
- +5 years related experience (i.e. applied competencies in all the HR disciplines).
- Knowledge and understanding of local labour markets and employment law regimes.
- Excellent IT skills with a good understanding of HRMIS.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate with data and meticulous about detail.
- Fluent in English
