How will this role have an impact?

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for providing business partnership and support to leaders while contributing to Signy Health’s growth by driving the Human Resources goals. The HRBP will also support human resource planning and organizational development within assigned businesses. The HRBP is a trusted advisor to business leaders to build organizational and individual capabilities and ensure effective decision making. This position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s plans, culture and its competition. This HRBP will be responsible for acclimating new team members to Signify and orienting them to their respective departments as well as addressing any concerns in a timely fashion.

 The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and communicates them proactively with our HR department and business management. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.


This role will report to the Director, HRBP.

What will you do?

  • Provide comprehensive HR support by developing and implementing HR strategies for their client groups.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with assigned leadership and teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide consultation on HR related topics such as; workforce planning, performance management, talent and leadership management.
  • Drive, develop and execute the overall HR strategy to address business challenges and needs, based on deep understanding of the business units.
  • Identify and support organizational design needs by leading end-to-end organizational design initiatives from strategy to design and implementation
  • Thought partner for leaders on talent development and change leadership that enable execution on strategic objectives.
  • Drive change management initiatives with a focus on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements, and systems and processes
  • Work in a strategic partnership with management and employees to improve working relationships, building morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management including; coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct employee investigations and ethics complaints from start to finish.
  • Partner with legal and other lines of business to resolve employee issues and solve problems.

 
We are looking for someone with:

  • 3-5+ years of progressive and Human Resources experience including People Development, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations
  • Strong working knowledge of regional and federal employment laws.
  • Professional demeanor and proven success in establishing strong business relationships as an advisor and consultant.
  • Ability to develop trusting relationships at all levels within the organization to gain support to achieve results.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and render good decisions while resolving problems.
  • Communicate (written and verbally) in a highly effective way with Senior Leaders – focusing on content, outcomes and value relevant to business leaders.
  • Perform as a thought leader and have the ability to have a hands-on approach.
  • Displays strong analytical skills that enables the business to make informed and effective decisions.

 

The base salary hiring range for this position is $70,000 to $112,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
