メルカリのHuman Resources Business Partner(以下、HRBP)は「人と組織へ入り込み、ビジネスの成功に向けてあらゆる人事・組織戦略を立案し、実行する」をミッションに掲げるチームです。主に事業推進を担うリーダーの人事パートナーとして、メルカリグループの多様な挑戦をドライブさせるべく、人と組織の強化・最適化に努めています。
そのために、日々の業務において、次の3つのアプローチを大切にしています。1つ目が「メルカリにとっての一番の資産である『人』とその集合体である『組織』に常に目を向けること」、2つ目が「マネジメント(経営 / VP / Manager)を巻き込み事業にインパクトある絵を描くこと」、そして最後は「実行に責任を持ち、”last one mile”を大事に成功まで繋げること」です。
HRBPは、経営やVPを含むリーダー層と協同し、事業戦略を成功させるうえで必要な人事・組織戦略を策定し実行します。また、常に変化する組織のなかで、人事課題の特定を行い、早期解決に努めています。
本ポジションは、メルカリグループの複数ある新規〜既存事業のいずれかのHRBPとして働いていただくことを想定した採用を行います。実際のアサインは、候補者の方のご経験や入社時の事業状況に応じて検討させていただきます。

Team mission:
The mission of the Mercari Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) Team is to connect people and organizations and propose, as well as execute, HR and organization strategies to help the business succeed. As an HR partner to company leaders primarily tasked with Mercari’s business, you will work to strengthen and optimize the people and organizations intended to drive the various challenges Mercari Group takes on.
To accomplish this, the following three approaches will be crucial to your day-to-day work: The first is to always look toward the organization, which comprises people, the highest-value asset Mercari has. The second is to create visions that can have impact on the business together with the management (executives/VPs/managers). The final one is to take ownership of seeing things through to the end, taking the last mile to definite success.
HRBPs collaborate with company leaders, including executives and vice presidents, to bring about the success of the company's business strategies and to formulate the necessary personnel and organizational strategies. In your position within an ever-changing organization, you will also identify HR issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
This position is intended to be an HRBP for one of the various new businesses launched by Mercari Group. You will be assigned based on your experience and the state of our businesses at the time of your hiring.
