We are currently collaborating with a prominent organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to expand their team with highly skilled individuals.

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner for HR to serve as a vital link between our Information Technology department and the Human Resources team. This role combines aspects of product management, business analysis, and strategic planning to ensure that IT solutions effectively support HR functions and long-term objectives. You will also manage the new HRMS (Human Resource Management System) implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and how technology can enhance these functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Liaison: Act as the main IT contact for the Human Resources department, facilitating effective communication and aligning IT services with HR needs.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze and gather detailed requirements for IT solutions tailored to HR operations.
  • Product Management: Oversee the development and lifecycle management of HR-specific IT products or services, including the new HRMS implementation.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align IT strategies with HR’s long-term goals, ensuring technological implementations bolster departmental effectiveness.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead strategic planning sessions with HR to ensure IT alignment with current and future needs.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Significant experience in IT and business/HR operations, with a proven track record of bridging IT solutions with business functions.

HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR processes and how technology can optimize these processes.

Project Management: Experience in project management, business analysis, and strategic planning.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder relationships across departments.

Strategic Thinking: Agile and strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
