HR Advisor in Asker, Norway!
In this role, you’ll have the chance to dive into the full spectrum of HR, covering every stage of the employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to performance management, compensation, and employee relations. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our HR processes run seamlessly across the Nordics, with a particular focus on Norway, while working closely with our Nordic colleagues to drive best practices and promote our team’s people-related strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a trusted HR Business Partner for managers and employees, offering coaching and knowledge across all HR processes.
- Partner with employee representatives and focus on health and safety initiatives, particularly in Norway.
- Implement HR policies and best practices, ensuring they’re aligned with global guidelines and local standards.
- Manage performance, salary, and bonus review processes, helping our teams stay motivated and rewarded.
- Be the go-to contact for operational HR queries in Norway, sponsoring the employee experience seamlessly with the Shared Services team.
- You bring in proven HR knowledge as HR professional in Norway, preferably in a tech-driven, fast-moving environment.
- You are well equipped to work for a company with high growth in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- You posses strong advisory skills, with the confidence to handle complex cases and manage risk under pressure.
- You are able to plan, organize, and prioritize your day for maximum impact with a detail oriented mind-set.
- You have a strong customer focus and excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring the best support for our teams.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and a ready to dive into new tools and platforms.
