HR Business Partner / HR Leader, HK & Macau

Part-Time

This role will play a critical role in building a strong HR presence in the business and driving key HR projects. He/She will work closely with business/functional leaders to provide thoughtful and relevant HR solutions based on a deep understanding of the business and HR methodology, to shape business transformation, build organizational capability, leadership strength and performance culture. The right person could be a HR generalist or HR expert with a solid record on talent management and/or organisation development.

Requirements


  • Act as a business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to the business 
  • Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, sourcing, performance management and talent development 
  • Provide advice to leadership teams and people managers on the company HR strategy and agenda, such as performance management, talent & development, compensation etc., and implementing the related policies and processes
  • Enable a sustainable high performance workplace including consulting on leadership, structure, culture and talent management. Drive people development agenda to enable staff capable to deliver as expected
  • Drive internal communication to promote desired culture and behaviours. Lead people engagement initiatives to support the building of highly engaged workforce
  •  Responsible for supporting the implementation of the organizational change agenda including transformational projects and restructuring
  • Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
  • Support M&A agenda and lead HR workstream on DD and integration
  • Work closely with recruitment team to work out and implement recruitment strategy to ensure sustainable talent pool building in all functions, especially in operations, and deliver recruitment and selection approaches to support the business to attract, engage with and recruit the “best” people at the “right time” to meet business objectives
  • Regularly review reward strategy to keep reward initiatives and schemes most efficient for business strategy delivery
  • Provide expertise advice and guidance on HR issues to local customer group, especially on reward and performance management
  • Keep improving operational excellence within HR function
  • Can proactively identify “people issues” and works with line managers to identify and deliver effective solutions
  • Ensure high standard of HR service delivery, including but not limited to accurate payroll arrangement, production of timely, accurate and up-to-date HR management information and statistics as required etc.
  • Act as goalkeeper for HR and company on compliance
