HR Business Partner (Finance & Ops) (m/f/d)

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner for the Finance and IT Operations department, bridging People & Culture (P&C) and Finance while owning merit planning, headcount reporting, and compensation data analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with leadership, providing expertise in organizational design, talent development, performance management, and workforce planning.

  • Collaborating with leaders to foster high-performing teams and drive proactive engagement.

  • Ensuring seamless execution of talent programs and HR processes.

  • Using HR metrics to shape strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Key driver and contributor to HR analytics - dashboards creation, PEX tracking. Keen on data and metrics.

  • Lead large cross-functional projects and partner effectively with different P&C team groups (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and benefits, Communications);

  • Acting as a key partner in performance and merit calibration.

  • Aligning policies with business needs and compliance regulations.

  • Providing regular stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and alignment.

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Advising managers on onboarding, cultural integration, and team fit.

  • Handling grievances and guiding managers in employee relations and risk mitigation.

  • Cross-training with HR Operations for flexible support.

  • Providing coverage for and acting as a backup Employee Experience Partner for the employees in Czech location (<40) and EOR (<10) during their absence, including documentation, payroll collections, and location-specific HR tasks.
