We are searching for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

Perform human resources-related duties at a professional level and may carry out responsibilities in Training function and employee recognition programs.

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with employees and management to coordinate and communicate training programs.
  • STPS compliance.
  • Training rooms managements.
  • Coffee Break for training coordination.
  • Budget management.
  • Facilitate or provide training (including on boarding program).
  • Participate in employee recognition programs.
  • Management of new-hire orientations program.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in Federal and State employment labor laws,
  • At least 1 year working with STPS compliance in terms of Training.
  • Management of Office Package,
  • Management of the Tress System,
  • Presentation skills,
  • Knowledge in Manufacturing environments and continuous improvement,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, Excel spreadsheet and database programs
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage information with utmost integrity,
  • Must be fluent with verbal and written skills in English and Spanish.
