HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner you will be responsible to provide professional support, consultations and solutions to the organization which belongs to your HR supervision. You are going to be also in charge to interpret the HR strategies, policies and programs in your dedicated organization. Your focus should be on to align the business strategy with the HR strategy and provide data driven HR solutions to the business stakeholders.

 

  • Provide guidance and mentorship for business executives and leaders to discuss the tactics to enhance employee productivity and retention, employee engagement, and relationships
  • Collaborate with the HR line managers and business executive leaders to interpret the HR processes, business objectives and goals, challenges, and the concerns
  • Manage and look after the employee relation metrics, diagnose the issues, and eradicate the root cause of these challenges
  • Assist the business executives and leaders in support of optimizing the company’s structure and framework
  • Participate in the implementation of HR strategy
  • Analyze the employee’s performance metrics, trends and use the results to update or renovate the existing HR strategies
  • Collaborate with the HR and other department managers to solve any workspace and employee relations issues 
  • Work as a counselor, mentor, and consultant for the business leaders to inform and ask them about the strategic planning so you can easily translate the business requirements into HR initiatives and programs
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role (Like an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner)
  • Experience working in agile and complex environment

Preferred Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills (Hungarian and English is mandatory) for effective collaboration with business executives
  • Certified human resources professional with complete knowledge of HR intricacies and technical details
  • Good project management and time management skills
  • Good supervision skills to judge the employee performance throughout the day
  • Experience in performance management
  •  Great analytical skills to analyze data
  • Strong HR skillset
