As an HR Business Partner at Truora, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top-tier talent to support our company's growth. Also, you will have the chance to be involved in development, and culture projects and will work closely with management to provide employee training and establish ways to increase employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, a deep understanding of the Mexican and Colombian talent landscape, and a passion for building high-performing teams in the SaaS industry.
What you will do:
- Identify and engage with high-performers through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with position requirements and company culture.
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, provide regular updates on the recruitment process, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to maintain a competitive edge in attracting top talent.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and alignment with company values.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil, ensuring all recruitment practices align with legal requirements.
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruiting Analyst, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Familiarity with Mexican and Colombian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and other recruitment tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- A passion for fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Willingness to learn of multiple fields and wants to go the extra mile.
