The Mission
Join Caylent's dynamic team as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing employee growth and development. You will partner closely with Caylent’s People Leaders, Learning & Development Team, and HR team. Initially, your primary focus will be managing feedback collection and synthesis to support People Leaders in team development. Over time, your role will evolve into a comprehensive business partnership, expanding responsibilities across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Performance Management
    • Oversee feedback collection for Service Delivery People Leaders, gathering insights at project milestones.
    • Compile and synthesize feedback to provide actionable insights for People Leaders.
    • Administer performance reviews and manage PIP processes.

  • Career Development, Growth, and Training
    • Master Caylent’s Career Development framework to support People Leaders in creating individualized development plans.
    • Guide team members through career progression steps and offer structured templates for learning and growth.
    • Collaborate with the HR and L&D teams on onboarding processes, introducing employees to Caylent’s culture and compliance essentials.

  • Compensation and Promotions
    • Lead compensation planning, ensuring alignment with market data and global standards.
    • Manage promotion and salary change documentation, fostering transparency in compensation updates.

  • Compliance
    • Handle compliance duties, including mandatory training and regional legal requirements, with regular document updates.
    • Oversee compliance training documentation.

  • Employee Engagement and Cultural Initiatives
    • Support company engagement initiatives, including organizing regional gatherings and cultural programs.

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a remote or global environment.
  • Confidentiality management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Human Skills

  • Adaptability, teamwork, communication, cultural sensitivity, and relationship-building in a multicultural setting.
