We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our People & Culture team. The position is based out of HQ in Sydney (on-site 1-2 days per week) In this role, you will report to the Head of People & Culture and will be responsible for planning and delivering exceptional people experiences across Squiz. This includes active participation in strategic and cyclical people and culture initiatives. In this role you will need to have a strong HR generalist background and will be a true business partner, working alongside a global HR function.

Our Global People & Culture Team are a quirky and dedicated bunch who help drive Squiz's strategy every day. We work collaboratively with our People Leaders across all the regions to align business objectives and provide relevant people solutions and create a great environment for our people.
The People Partner ANZ will advise and support our People Leaders on operational and strategic issues while helping them implement high-performing, integrated employee experiences. Our ANZ P&C team sit within Sydney CBD and foster our hybrid approach to flexible working.
