We are looking for a highly skilled HR Business Analyst to join our dynamic international team. The successful candidate will be responsible in analyzing and interpreting HR data, aligning processes with business objectives, provide data-driven insights and recommendations to our HR team and Business leaders. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working with Power BI and Excel, and proficiency in Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns and provide insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports using Power BI and excel to provide accurate and up-to-date HR metrics to support stakeholders making informed decisions.
  • Contribute to developing data models to help improve HR processes and dashboards used in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and senior stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide analytical support and compliant solutions.
  • Gather, evaluate requirements for feasibility, clarity, and work in project team to prioritize and translate requirements into actionable tasks and products.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analytics, business intelligence, or computer science.
  • 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst or similar role, experience in HR environment would be good, but is not necessarily needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience working with Power BI and Excel to create and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Agile mindset.
  • Professional English language knowledge (C1), German is an advantage
