HR Associate - Bilingual Mandarin

As an HR Associate specializing in EOR service and payroll, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources team in delivering seamless and compliant employment solutions. This full time opportunity requires one to have basic knowledge and experience in managing payroll processes, understanding EOR services, and gaining insights into employee benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

  1. EOR Service Support:
  • Assist in the administration of Employer of Record services for clients.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Payroll Management:

  • Support the payroll team in processing employee compensation accurately and on time.
  • Assist in maintaining payroll records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll-related accounts.

Benefits Administration:

  • Focus on medical, dental, and vision benefits administration.
  • Assist in enrolling employees in benefit programs and providing support for benefits-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration.

Compliance Assistance:

  • Stay up-to-date on local labor laws and regulations related to EOR and payroll.
  • Assist in conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the implementation of best practices for EOR and payroll processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation.
  • Contribute to the creation of process documentation for EOR and payroll procedures.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR in staffing/ recruitment is the most ideal.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Mandarin (Required)
