The Drive:

Our brands, Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting, are already leading the pack, but we're just getting started. We're seeking a dynamic HR Assistant/Office Manager to support our teams. 

The Mission:

As our HR Assistant/Office Manager, you'll play a crucial, dual role in supporting both the HR department and the smooth operation of the office environment. This role will contribute to the smooth functioning of HR processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient onboarding, and positive employee experiences. while also managing various administrative tasks to ensure a well-organised and efficient workplace.

The HR Challenge:

  • Coordinate onboarding & offboarding, including preparing paperwork, benefits management,  induction programs, and right to work checks.
  • Maintain the HRIS, keeping employee files updated with changes and generating reports as needed.
  • Provide support to employees with HR-related queries, benefits questions, and policy clarifications.
  • Assist in the management of internal processes e.g. recognition schemes, employee training.
  • Payroll Administration - collating commissions, bonus, and any ad-hoc changes for our payroll provider.
  • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters.

The Office Gearbox:

  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationary, food deliveries and multimedia equipment
  • Coordinate cleaning services, repairs, and general upkeep of the office space.
  • Support with meetings, arranging catering, and setting up conference rooms.
  • Assist in organising employee events and other initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

The Specs (What We'll Need From You):

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or in an office administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience of working with a HRIS & ATS software
  • CIPD Qualified, or Studying

The Pit Stop:

Parsons Green, London. You'll be based here at our London HQ, Mon - Fri. You'll need full UK working rights (sorry, we're unable to provide sponsorship for this position).
