👩💻🧑💻 As a Compensation & Benefits Assistant at Qonto, you will
• Support the execution of various compensation cycles (salary increases, bonuses, and equity plans) by creating and managing data collection files.
• Automate Excel files and monitor the budget to ensure efficiency and accuracy in compensation processes.
• Collaborate with finance and team leads to ensure alignment with compensation policies.
• Contribute to post-cycle analysis and support data cleaning efforts for benchmark tools.
• Participate in key projects, including the implementation of Workday for integrated compensation and benefits management.
