YOUR ROLE

Within the HRBP/People Operations’ team of 4 and as part of the rapid development of our Insurtech company (500+ employees worldwide), this opportunity will allow you to quickly develop skills & knowledge in personnel administration within several countries, and HR development in a strong international context. During your apprenticeship, you will get a very good overview of how a software company works & understand what lies underneath each role that drives businesses to success.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

HR management and people operations activities

  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding and offboarding process)
  • Administrate HRIS tool: management and monitoring of staff movements through our Success Factor tool (SAP)
  • Help to provide comprehensive metric reports and analysis that supports decision
  • Preparation of contractual and administrative documents
  • Benefits management for all countries: registrations and questionnaires
  • Management of meal vouchers and medical appointments
  • Immigration support for impatriation and expatriation
  • Update of employee files

HR development

  • Create and develop/maintain partnerships with schools
  • HR Communication on our topics
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects: process automation, HR dashboard, diversity & inclusion policy, learning & development, graduate program, improvement of our recruitment process, onboarding 
    tool etc

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a Master (M1 or M2 level) student within a University or a School with an HR dedicated program
  • You are dynamic, enthusiastic and always eager to learn new things
  • You are fluent in French & English with strong interpersonal skills
  • You are a team player, client services’ oriented
  • You have a first successful experience in HR
  • You are organized, rigorous, methodical, and proactive
  • French labor law knowledge would be ideal
