About role
In this role, you will play a crucial part in both HR and office administration, ensuring a well-organized and engaging workplace. You’ll help us build a space where employees feel valued, motivated, and—most importantly—enjoy coming to work (yes, even on Mondays!). This is also a fantastic opportunity for growth, as you’ll be working closely with an experienced HR and administration professional who will support your development.

Your tasks
HR Support:
Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting proactive candidate searches on LinkedIn
Supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal HR documentation
Coordinating and organizing well-being initiatives, such as sports challenges, employee engagement programs, and work anniversary celebrations
Organizing internal knowledge-sharing events
Helping foster a positive company culture through creative and engaging internal communication
Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries (yes, even the weird ones)
Office Administration:
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, courier)
Ensuring efficient document circulation, system entry, and archiving
Overseeing office supply and grocery purchases—because caffeine and snacks are essential survival tools
Maintaining office aesthetics and order (because no one likes a chaotic workspace)
Organizing business travel arrangements
Planning and coordinating company events and team-building activities (yes, including those that don’t involve just pizza and beer)
Liaising with service providers (cleaning services, maintenance, building administration)
Monitoring office maintenance needs and coordinating necessary repairs
Managing company real estate and office space, ensuring everything is in top shape
Overseeing company vehicles, including coordinating inspections and maintenance
Ensuring a friendly and welcoming work atmosphere through proactive engagement and a positive attitude
