We are seeking an experienced HR and Employer Branding Specialist. In this hybrid role, you will combine your passion for human resources and project management with your creative flair for social media and employer branding. You’ll collaborate with ambassadors in the company to craft compelling stories, elevate our Employer Brand, and create initiatives that showcase Breakwater Technology as an employer of choice.
As an HR and Employer Branding Specialist in BWT you will:
- Manage HRIS systems (Bamboo HR, 15Five, Lever etc)
- Support HR Projects and Initiatives (workshops, new projects, new platforms, new benefits, Values Month etc).
- Oversee the correctness of employee documentation, company policies and benefits
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and relocation of new employees
- Solve HR-related questions or issues within the organisation
- Work closely with the HR team to fulfil quarterly HR OKR’s
- Make travel arrangements for our team members (flights, visas, accommodation, etc;).
- Administer on-the-job training programs.
- Ensure effective internal communications in Slack by creating engaging announcements and sharing updates that keep employees informed and connected.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences together with the Office Manager.
- Develop and execute a strategic content plan for LinkedIn and other Social platforms.
- Plan and create engaging multimedia content (videos, blogs, photos) that highlights our culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with employees to feature their stories and professional journeys.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimise content strategies.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- 3 or more years of experience in the HR field
- Experience in employer branding, social media management, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and talent attraction trends.
- A high degree of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and judgement especially as it relates to the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
- Commitment to a culture of diversity and equal opportunity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to relate professionally with all-levels of the organisation (including public speaking).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to use judgement to field inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Fluency in Estonian
- An ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to details.
