As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing HR data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic workforce decisions. Your work will contribute to optimizing HR processes and improving organizational efficiency.
You Will:
- Analyze HR data and create reports on employment, turnover, salaries, recruitment efficiency, etc.
- Prepare forecasts and recommendations based on workforce data.
- Collaborate with the HR team and managers to optimize HR processes.
- Develop dashboards and analytical tools to support decision-making.
- Monitor labor market trends and salary benchmarks.
- Assist in reporting to external institutions and internal HR audits.
Requirements
- A higher education degree (preferred fields: economics, management, psychology, statistics, or related).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in HR or data analysis.
- Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau).
- Ability to work with large datasets and interpret data effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Good organizational skills and teamwork ability.
