WCS Group is currently seeking a skilled and motivated HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions and ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to HR queries via email and phone, ensuring timely responses or appropriate allocation.
- Support the NaturalHR system, assisting staff and managers in navigation and system optimisation.
- Oversee and update NaturalHR workflows, ensuring the system is maintained.
- Request employment references for new hires.
- Assist with probation management and timely issuance of related paperwork.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and handle changes to terms and conditions.
- Submit DBS applications via the online portal.
- Administer leavers process efficiently.
- Issue birthday cards and manage long service awards.
- Ensure HR folders contain accurate, up-to-date information.
- Provide basic policy advice to staff and managers.
- Take minutes during HR meetings (grievances, disciplinary, etc.).
- Recommend process improvements for HR systems.
- Ensure deadlines are met, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support People Team with ad hoc duties and projects.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ admin experience, preferably in HR.
- Energetic, driven, and friendly.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, focused, and adaptable.
- Works well independently and in teams.
- Strong communication, admin, and organisational skills.
- Skilled in prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Discreet with confidential information.
