You thrive on structure and keeping things running smoothly, whether it’s managing HR operations, handling confidential information, managing databases, tracking budgets, or generating reports. If you enjoy balancing systems, people, and data, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Payroll & Admin: Keep payroll smooth and accurate. Handle team letters requests, contracts, NDA and HR paperwork efficiently. On boarding & Off boarding: Set up and deactivate team access. PRO Liaison: Coordinate visas, renewals, and labour contracts—ensuring cost-effective and timely processing. Travel & Visa Support: Assist with team travel and visas (e.g., Saudi, Egypt), prioritizing budget-friendly solutions. Reward and Recognition: Launching surveys and managing results for quarterly and annual People Team Reward/Recognition initiatives. Tool & Subscription Management: Manage software renewals, new subscriptions and cancellations. Hardware Management: Oversee ordering, inventory, upgrades, and returns—ensuring resources are used efficiently. Collaboration: Partner with Office Admin on managing IT enrollments and hardware inventory Analyse Key HR and Operations Data: identify inefficiencies and maximize cost savings. Provide strategic insights to eliminate waste while enhancing processes. Generate Reports: Regular reporting on hiring, onboarding success rates, visa processing times, tool spending, and budget tracking to flag inefficiencies and optimise spending. HRIS Management: Keep records updated, automate tasks, and generate monthly reports to track hiring, engagement, and turnover. Ad-hocSupport urgent or last-minute needs while keeping processes streamlined and cost-effective. Who you are: Data driven: You have demonstrated proficiency in data management and analysis, including the ability to generate basic reports and work efficiently with spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel etc.) and can also interpret data to support reporting.   Reliable: You demonstrate a strong understanding of stakeholder needs and have a sense of urgency to execute tasks efficiently under time constraints. You know how to prioritise and focus on supporting urgent team requests.  Collaborative team player: You’re able to build strong relationships with the teams and stakeholders around you. You operate from a position of empathy and understanding of the business points of friction and work together with teams to solve challenges and move forwards towards continuous improvement.  Time management: You’re able to manage your time efficiently and can easily move between your areas of responsibility to effectively prioritise and manage your own schedule.  Excellent communicator & problem solver: You have excellent interpersonal communication skills. You’re comfortable and able to clearly articulate your ideas, thoughts, challenges and feedback (both written and verbally) to your various business stakeholders.  Attention to detail and organised: You are extremely organised and have a knack for detail that manifests itself in the way you ask questions, action feedback, and follow up on requests or tasks. You’re able to apply clear thinking and structure to your daily way of working.    Self-motivated + proactive: You’re a self-starter who’s comfortable thinking through and creating your own plan of action, and can easily define your next steps. You’re able to clearly flag and communicate any needs for support / feedback.
