WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Recruitment
- Be responsible for end to end recruitment & selection process by following the company Recruitment Plan
- Prepare shortlisted candidates and arrange interview with all concerned parties
- Manage manpower requisitions with hiring managers to ensure they are all approved by MD
- Follow up the interview feedback and finalize the successful candidates
HR Development
- Implement and execute Training and Development Plan.
- Maintain Training records.
HR Management
- Employees medical claims
- Leave and attendance records
- Overtimes records follow-up and statistic to Managers
- Maintain HR Policies/procedures and maintain the Internal Rules and Employee Handbook
- Healthcare and Insurance
- Update and follow up of staff personal file
- Assist HR Manager in special projects from regional or HQ
- Other HR related task and ad hoc project as assigned
Employee Relation and CSR
- Implement and execute Employee activities and CSR plan
- Promote and Communicate all activity to internal and external via Bollore platforms
- Work with team as organizer in common activities; annual trip, sport day and staff party.
Administration
- Manage Maid & Security Team
Requirements
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Minimum in Bachelor’s degree in any relevant area, preferably in HRM.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR
- Well-versed in Thailand Employment Ordinance.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Social Security, Income Tax system, Work permits process.
- Knowledge of labour law and relevant regulatory requirements.
- High level of confidentiality, organized and detail-conscious
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Thai
