This could be you, as we're currently recruiting our future Human Resources Specialist.
If you join us, you'll be working with Agathe, your manager and HR Partner in Barcelona and our HR intern that will support you in your main tasks. You'll have responsibilities, a highly visible impact on our employees and lots of learning opportunities.

Overall, the mission of the Human Resources Specialist is structured around 3 main areas:
1. Ensuring a flawless administrative management
Managing the administrative tasks of the whole employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding (payroll, meal vouchers, onboarding, offboarding, absences…)
Supporting managers and employees with your best admin advices and ensuring our standards are met from every parts
2. Offering a welcoming, safe and collaborative office
Allowing each of our employees to focus on their core job by being sure that office supplies, equipment, basic foods and beverages are never an issue
Making our office a great place to work by working with our partners on security or cleanliness
3. Spreading our corporate culture through regular initiatives
Leading the organization of our team-buildings events (+/- 2 times per month)
Raising awareness about our culture by leading onboarding sessions or training managers
To manage those main tasks, you will be supported by our future HR intern.
Also, after a successfull onboarding, if you have the wish, we will be happy to help you to develop toward a Business Partnering additional role as : managing our onboarding program, building our internal learning academy or supporting the growth of our employees thanks to our performance review systems.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- You have between one and three years of experience in HR and especially in the administrative, happiness and office management part
- You are versatile : you are able to enjoy both the rigor and focus needed to carry out administrative tasks and the creativity and boldness required to lead our team-buildings
- You're keen to learn and not afraid to try new things
- You listen to feedback and are constantly looking for ways to do things better.
- You're organized, rigorous and detail-oriented
- You speak English and Spanish perfectly
What your selection process will look like:
- A discovery call with Agathe - HR Partner - 15 to 30 minutes
- A business case at home followed by an interview to present it + your hard skills in our office with Agathe - 60 min
- An interview with Marc - our General Manager for Spanish Market in our office - 30 min
- An interview with Emmanuelle - our COO and co-founder online - 30 min
