As an HR and Admin Intern at Katalon India, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources and administrative functions. You'll have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate new hire orientation.
• Employee Engagement
• Provide administrative support for employee inquiries and requests.
• Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
• Keep the employees engaged and motivated, highly enthusiastic in driving engagement in India
• HR Projects
• Execute parts of HR projects, such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and policy updates 
• Administrative Tasks
• Handle general administrative duties, including office management, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• Completed Masters in Human Resources, Psychology or Social work (i.e., MBA HR, MSc Psychology or MSW with good GPA score)
• 75% and above in 10th and 12th and 70% above in Graduation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
