Sunsoft solutions are implemented in over 4,500 businesses throughout Greece.

SOFTONE Sunsoft is looking for a Ηotel Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.

 Your contribution to the success of the team:

  • Servicing & advisory services based on hotel needs
  • Managing requests & proposals to ensure optimal usage & evolution of hotel applications
  • Implementation & training of hotel applications
  • Analyze & report malfunctions
  • Collecting requirements, & customization

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Tourism Professions or Informatics
  • 2+ years Hotel experience (3-5* hotels) preferably in hotel reservations or reception roles
  • Knowledge of Hotel applications in essential
  • Computer skills will be considered as an asset
  • Communication, & interpersonal skills
  • Customer – oriented skills
  • Responsibility & reliability
  • Driver’s licence
  • Very good command of English language
