Summary of Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
- Manage the waiting list and provide accurate wait times
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Assist with reservations and maintain an organized reservation system
- Communicate with guests to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell promotional items, events, and provide suggestions for an enhanced experience
- Ensure that the highest standards of customer service are provided to handle customer inquiries, complaints, any issues, and feedback that may arise in a professional manner to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Proven experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the same field
- Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage
- Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work outdoors under direct sunlight; in all weather conditions
- Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
