We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician to provide comprehensive inpatient care. The Hospitalist will manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure seamless transitions of care. This role includes on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities, requiring flexibility to support patient and hospital needs.  Key Responsibilities: Provide round-the-clock inpatient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of hospitalized patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with specialists and healthcare teams. Perform medical procedures as required for inpatient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Work closely with nurses, case managers, and allied health professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Facilitate safe discharge planning and transition of care to outpatient providers. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies. Participate in on-call rotations and be available for overtime when required. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Active medical license in the state of practice. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Minimum 2+ years of inpatient experience preferred. Strong ability to manage complex cases and make critical decisions in a hospital setting.
