Homologation Engineer

We are looking for new talents to join IDIADA’s resident engineering team in one of our clients in Bologna, to be integrated into the Homologation Team for a world-leading vehicle manufacturer.

Main tasks will include:

• Information collection on upcoming worldwide homologation regulations related to electric vehicles (HEV, PHEV, BEV) and preparation of new regulations information documents;
• Support in the preparation of powertrain certification test plan;
• Collecting powertrain technical data form R&D departments for preparing Homologation booklet needed for approval to be sent to Technical Services/Authorities (information document, test minute).

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Vehicle Engineering
• Italian mother tongue
• Good knowledge of the English language
• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role in the automotive field
• Interest in the field of full vehicle compliance
