As a Helpdesk Executive in this role, you'll be the bridge between music broadcasters and production companies. You'll use your communication skills to track down music cue sheets used for international airing via email both UK and USA clients.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact production companies through emails and telephone calls on behalf of reputable music broadcasters to locate music cue sheets used for international airing
- Critically analyze and provide solutions for the queries raised by the Data Processing Teams or the relevant UK and USA clients
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports
- Maintain clear records of the process followed in order to establish connections
- Organize files and directories in a structured manner for easy browsing
- Liaise between other teams in a cordial manner to resolve issues with meta data processing
- Report issues and developments in the internal system
- Follow up with the existing and new “Soundmouse Production Users” to complete the programs on Soundmouse Classic or NEO as part of the commission and other in-house tasks.
- Establish positive communication with the clients
Requirements
- Diploma, a partially completed HND or any other equivalent qualification
- Ability to work in the night shift (3.00pm - 11.00pm)
- Good communication skills in English language(Verbal / Written)
- Positive attitude and a pleasant personality
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Problem solving & analytical skills
- Sound knowledge on shared Google Drives and email communication
- Ability to work in Google Sheets / Docs with a fine understanding of internet research & computer fundamentals
- Ability to handle pressure and work with minimum supervision
- Candidate must be based in Sri Lanka
- School leavers are highly encouraged
