- Analyze issues of business customers, partners, clients or internal stakeholder’s and find the best ways to resolve them;
- Address issues via chat, email or phone channels, following operating procedures.
Necessary: Residence Card in Portugal or European Union Citizenship or Work Visa
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and a good understanding of English (B2 Level);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Fast learning capacity;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
- Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (plus).
