  • Analyze issues of business customers, partners, clients or internal stakeholder’s and find the best ways to resolve them;
  • Address issues via chat, email or phone channels, following operating procedures.
  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and a good understanding of English (B2 Level);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Fast learning capacity;
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
  • Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (plus).
  • Signing Bonus up to 3000€;
  • Place of work: Lisbon, Porto or remotely in other cities in Portugal;
