Health & Wellness Sales Associate - Korea

Role Overview

We’re looking for a sales-driven professional with a passion for beauty, skincare, and health. If you have deep knowledge of Korean beauty and wellness products—including skincare, aesthetic treatments,—and love engaging with clients to drive sales, this role is for you! 

As our Health & Wellness Sales Associate, you’ll represent our product range, build strong client relationships, and help expand our market reach.

Fluency in both English and Korean is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Korean beauty, skincare, and health industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and demonstrate product benefits to potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Support negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Korean (verbal and written).
  • 2+ years experience in sales or business development within the Korean beauty, skincare, or health industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Korean aesthetics and skincare products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in an international environment.
  • Strong networking skills and a passion for the industry.
  • Experience in dealing with international clients is a plus.
