Health & Wellness Product Associate - US

Role Overview

We’re looking for a knowledgeable specialist with a strong background in health and wellness, particularly in the anti-aging and IV drip industry. 

This role involves engaging with clients, educating them on product benefits, and representing our brand as a trusted expert in the industry. You'll work with innovative wellness products like NAD+ and Glutathione while contributing to business growth through client education and relationship-building.

Fluency in both English and Korean is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate potential clients on the scientific benefits of health & wellness products, including but not limited to anti-aging & IV drip products like NAD+ and Glutathione.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product inquiries and expert consultations.
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights into product development and sales teams.
  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to educational content and training materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, research, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Korean (verbal and written).
  • Background in pharmaceuticals, medicine, biology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health & wellness treatments, including but not limited to anti-aging and IV drip therapies like NAD+ and Glutathione.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or product specialist roles in the medical or aesthetics industry.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and clients is a plus.
