How you'll be contributing to Accurx as Head of Workplace Experience...

As our Head of Workplace Experience, you’ll work at the heart of the business ensuring that our office is running smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis for all of our Accufolk. You’ll be responsible for leading the Workplace team and for our overall workplace experience, making the office feel like “Accurx” and ensuring the space fits our needs. It’s an exciting opportunity to look after all aspects of workplace experience which includes everything from building facilities management, owning supplier relationships through to office budgets and in-office wellbeing events. You’ll also oversee and support onsite internal and external events, ensuring they are on-budget, on-brand, and deliver against their desired goals.

Office Management

  • Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of all our spaces, including meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, kitchen etc
  • Identify office improvements and ways in which our office space can be made more inclusive and efficient, in order to help us achieve our company goals
  • Collaborate with our Events team on the planning and delivery of on-site internal and external events
  • Ensure the smooth-running of our in-house kitchen working alongside our Head Chef

Employee Experience

  • Building strong working relationships with a variety of internal teams including People, IT, Finance, Events and Assistants in order to deliver a seamless cross-functional employee experience.
  • Ensuring all relevant AccuFolk are kept up to date with timely communications regarding any changes, updates or general comms for the office.
  • Ensuring our office space reflects our values and mission
  • Delivering exciting in-office events, from lunches for cultural celebrations to bike maintenance events for our cyclists.

Team Management

  • Developing and leading a cohesive, high performing team, fostering a warm, collaborative and growth orientated environment where people are enabled to continually develop both personally and professionally.

Budget Management

  • Ownership of office budget, working alongside our Finance department, regularly tracking and reporting on spend. 

This is a 9am -5:30pm office based role, Monday-Friday. As company events fall within the remit of this role there will be times where you may need to work outside of standard working hours. We don’t expect this to be a common occurrence.

💰 £75,000 - £90,000  salary dependent on experience + the value of £80,000 worth of share options
