Wolt Drive is our most recent new venture where we offer businesses the opportunity to connect to their customers instantly with the use of our ultra-fast last mile delivery.
We already have an industry-leading last-mile logistics platform and partnerships with thousands of riders across the country and can now offer it to partners outside of the Wolt Platform - and directly connect our quick delivery services to their app or e-com platform.
About the role
As a Head of Wolt Drive you will play a key role in building business strategy, and execution, as well as improving operational efficiencies of Wolt Drive partners, ensuring the best possible partnership. Also you will act as a key communicator between our cross functional team and partners in order to ensure optimal success.
What you'll be doing
- Developing, implementing, and driving business strategies and own commercials and operations for key partners and merchants
- Work and lead Wolt drive Sales teams and support full sales cycles, perform business analysis, and directly lead business negotiations where necessary
- Be responsible for PnL, profitability, cost-effectiveness
- Onboard partners into our systems by working with multiple stakeholders as TAM, operations, support, and onboarding team
- Driving and managing growth of the existing merchants and partners acting as a main PoC
- Assisting the rest of the Wolt Drive team in any additional tasks related to working with partners
- Solid commercial and strategic thinking for winning
- Demonstrable consultative sales approach
- Strong analytical skills - such as translating data into actions, analyzing sales metrics and pricing models, and producing relevant KPIs.
- Profound knowledge of business operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with structured, detailed and service-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in leading teams
- Fluent in both Czech and English.
