Main Responsibilities
- Manage TikTok's Creative Support team and operation for media sales and Selva direct clients, becoming the main point of contact for all the TikTok solution within SELVA
- Lead SELVA's creative support operation for TikTok globally
- Design TikTok solution for media sales team and direct clients
- Create working methodologies and reporting structures for the support, production and direct sales.
- Manage the creative and production team working in the platform
- Manage onsite or remote sessions with clients, prospects, agencies and internal stakeholders
- Report operations and business results
Skills and Experience Required
- 5-8 years of experience leading teams in the creative industry, ideally in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, techniques, and trends within a creative context.
- Business Development: Skilled in identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and driving expansion initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to guide and manage teams effectively, aligning with project goals and organizational objectives.
