As Head of Technology Business Operations Excellence, you’ll work closely with the Director of Technology Strategy & Operations and lead initiatives that help our Technology team deliver even greater value to candidates and hirers.
About the Team
This role is part of the Technology Strategy & Operations team, responsible for crafting a high-performance environment across our Technology function. You’ll lead three specialist areas—Vendor Management, Community Engagement, and Technology Reporting—working alongside ~10 dedicated team members to bring our Technology Strategy to life.
What you'll be doing:

Vendor Management: Provide support to the Head of Vendor Management, ensuring effective techniques and a close alignment with Strategic Sourcing.

Community Engagement: Lead a team to cultivate engagement, build a positive culture, and enhance our brand through impactful external events, especially within the KL talent market.

Business Excellence: Develop and implement a roadmap for operational excellence that drives productivity gains, cost savings, and improved risk management across Technology.

Change & Progress Management: Maintain oversight of all business excellence initiatives, tracking progress, handling blockers, and identifying dependencies.

Cross-functional Enablement: Work with teams to implement and realize value from business excellence projects, supporting critical initiatives aligned with our FY28 targets.

Technology Reporting: Coordinate and deliver monthly operational metrics, continuously refining reporting for Technology Leadership (TLT), Executive Leadership (ELT), and other key stakeholders.
What we're looking for:

Extensive experience (10+ years) in strategy and business operations within a technology organization or top-tier consulting firm.

Proven leadership: Direct line management of teams (5+ people) and experience driving large, complex initiatives.

Operational excellence: Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to implementing and driving measurable outcomes.

Executive-level communication: Ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and influence decision-making.

Vendor Management & Community Engagement expertise: Skilled in leading vendor relationships and encouraging a positive team culture.
