Manages his/her team to support the strategic plans determined by higher management levels and the realization of the bid & marketing program within the team:
- Bid management; Cost center management;
- Partner Management in International Relations;
- Participate in Business Development Activities;
- Good understanding of Sales Process, understanding of Tender Process
- Personal and disciplinary management responsibility for employee of the team, professional partner and enabler;
- Selection and recruitment of suitable employees, resource management;
- Operation of HR processes (performance management, career development etc), support of administrative processes for assessment;
- Focus on the (further) development of employee skills (reskilling, upskilling) in terms of sales/marketing techniques and new IT technologies;
- Ensuring the appropriate workload / work distribution within the team, managing resources (work schedules, holidays, substitution plans);
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the team’s expected commercial targets;
- Leading employees with various sales (hunting and farming) and marketing competencies;
- Creating positive and safe environment, facilitating efficient team work and handling conflicts;
- Regular one to one discussions with team members;
- Performing work in international teams, in an integrated, virtual work environment;
- College/university degree; relevant Bid management experience min. 3 years;
- Advanced German and English knowledge;
- People Management 2-3 years experience (+Soon to be leaders)
- Problem solving skills; communication skills
- Ability to work in complex working environment
- Ability to motivate and instruct co-workers
- Perform well in fast changing environment
Nice to have:
- Strong knowledge of Bid Processes
- Certification: APMP, CAPM, PMP certifications
