What You Will Do:
- Build and own a Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy that repeatedly produces high-quality hires and constantly raises Hostinger’s talent bar.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to drive the TA team’s performance, accountability, development, and growth.
- Ensure hiring managers' excellence and accountability while empowering them to meet their hiring needs.
- Fulfill the company’s hiring needs by setting an excellent planning process, managing hiring managers’ expectations, and ensuring your team is staffed appropriately and operates efficiently.
- Ensure exceptional Candidate and Hiring manager experience.
- Strategically contribute to building Hostinger’s talent pool while forecasting future hiring needs and aligning them with business objectives and growth.
- Act as strategic TA partner to the executive team.
- Be an ambassador of our mission and principles, strengthen our employer brand, and inspire candidates to join Hostinger.
What We Expect:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in leading senior TA partners and a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Expertise in the Talent Acquisition field and demonstrated experience in building and implementing a TA strategy to drive business growth sustainably.
