Directly reporting to our VP People, you will be responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition strategy of Back Market globally (Europe, US, APAC), and therefore transform our company objectives into an efficient recruitment strategy.

- Recruitment Strategy:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Back Market's growth objectives.
- Partner closely with our leaders & hiring managers to understand recruiting plans across all functions, manage the forecast & timelines, and educate internally on best-in-class recruiting techniques.
- Operational Excellence:
- Design and drive the adoption of efficient & structured recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate new recruiting solutions, tactics, partnerships & providers that will help sustain our success.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team (~15 people)
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Employer Branding & DEI focus:
- Act as the ambassador for Back Market's employer brand, promoting our culture and values externally.
- Establish a strong and global employer branding strategy that reflects our internal culture: create and inspire targeted attraction methods (events, social media campaigns, external relationships, etc.) to support our recruitment and D&I objectives.
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates.
- Develop guidelines and principles so that hiring is conducted in a way that is explicitly designed to reduce bias.

- You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment, and you have a deep understanding of the challenges a company like ours is facing
- You are driven by data and a tech savvy: you love pulling data & assessing complex information, you like to play with the new tools to improve efficiency
- You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) and an active listener: you've always delivered a strong support to your clients and to your team members
- You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in total autonomy
