Position Summary
Reporting to Head of GLG APAC, the Head of SEA will be responsible for leading GLG's commercial and operational activities across the SEA markets. This role will be responsible for business strategy development, team leadership, internal and external stakeholder engagement and operational execution. This individual will be the face of GLG in SEA and a critical member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team.
This role calls for a highly commercial and self-motivated individual who brings a strong track record in leading and developing high performing sales teams, managing client relationships across a range of organisational levels whilst delivering on sales targets. Also, given the strong growth trajectory and scale of GLG in SEA, the ideal candidate will also bring a proven ability to manage operations of increased complexity and provide leadership and direction to a young dynamic team.
The role will be based at GLG's Asia headquarters in Singapore and will be responsible for managing a large team of employees across Singapore and Malaysia offices
