ABOUT THE ROLE

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Lead and scale a high-performing global sales team focused on long-tail partners, ensuring consistent revenue growth across multiple markets.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable sales processes to drive efficiency, performance, and revenue at scale.
  • Manage and coach a team of junior sales professionals, instilling a high-performance culture and pushing the team to exceed individual and collective targets.
  • Build the structure, tools, and workflows needed to support a scalable sales function—from lead generation to closing and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, etc.) to refine the value proposition for long-tail partners and ensure a compelling market fit.
  • Own and drive global strategy for scaled sales initiatives, with a data-driven approach to market segmentation, prioritization, and expansion.
  • Actively participate in key partner pitches and negotiations to support junior sellers and ensure consistency in messaging and delivery.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve sales productivity and conversion rates.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor strategies, and innovation opportunities to keep the team one step ahead.
  • Serve as a cultural and strategic leader within the revenue organization, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a bias toward action.

ABOUT YOU

Here’s what you should bring to the table:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, including experience leading and scaling global or regional teams focused on long-tail accounts or SMB segments.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing sales teams, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
  • Experience designing and executing scalable sales processes, including pipeline management, segmentation strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Strong coaching mentality; you are passionate about developing junior talent and have a track record of lifting teams to hit ambitious goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, marketplaces, or tech-enabled platforms; able to define and refine compelling value propositions.
  • International mindset and global experience—comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and markets.
  • Bilingual fluency required (English native level + at least one additional language).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), sales automation tools, and a strong grasp of analytics for performance improvement.
  • Strong strategic thinking, paired with a hands-on approach—you’re just as comfortable setting direction as you are rolling up your sleeves to close a deal.
