Requirements

What would be your responsibilities?

Sales & Business Development

  • Carry end-to-end responsibility for the sales success of Smart Reporting in the region
  • Develop stakeholder awareness of the unmet need in the market including inefficiencies in today’s workflow and lost value in data output
  • Develop stakeholder awareness of the solution i.e., Smart Reporting product offerings and product vision by actively engaging the market through customer presentations, workshops and seminars
  • Source and qualify a sales funnel along clear metrics (e.g. lifetime value) and design business plan associated with that opportunity incl. go to market strategy, revenue expectations, etc.
  • Conceptualize and negotiate long-term strategic partnerships with the partner management teams considering global market and technology trends, and based on a deep understanding of partner’s portfolio
  • Coordinate and align with the own organization to ensure feasibility and x-functional buy-in
  • Collect market requirements to help enhance our offering with the product management team

Partner Management & Pull-through

  • Carry end-to-end responsibility for the commercial success of a select number of sales partnerships and ensure effective operations on all levels / interfaces with the partner
  • Initiate, develop and maintain relationship with partners’ sales teams to actively drive market penetration, sales and internationalization
  • Develop and execute on a strategy for continuously expanding the partnership over time i.e. “widening & deepening” the commercial relationship
  • Establish and track relevant commercial metrics
  • Manage multiple stakeholders at the partner and internally; ensure pro-active and reliable communication e.g., on product roadmap and timelines
  • Support the partner as bid-manager on larger tenders and pull together relevant company talents and functional areas - actively supports the partners’ sales teams in RFPs and deal negotiations

Operational Excellence

  • As a member of the global commercial leadership team, pro-actively shape and contribute to initiatives targeted at improving organizational performance e.g. improving process frameworks, sales tools or x-organizational interfaces


Requirements

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications/ Experience

  • You have extensive leadership expertise in Sales and/or the Healthcare IT industry, experience in Radiology is preferred
  • You have a University Degree or a background in Radiology e.g. Medical Degree or Radiography
  • You have a deep understanding of reselling models and commercial expertise in contracting and negotiating committed long-term partnerships with incentives on “pull-through”
  • A strong network in the hospital and hospital IT market, especially in GB and Ireland is preferred
  • You are business fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and leadership skills
  • Strong self-drive and eagerness to deliver results
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills
  • Serviceable attitude and strong customer focus
  • Deep sense of responsibility and discipline
  • Demonstrated ability in successfully working across functions and teams
