Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.
⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :
Revenue Ownership & Market Expansion
- Be the guarantor and owner of Lengow’s new business development in ICP countries and segments.
- Lead the development of strategies to expand into new segments and countries across the European market, particularly within the mid-market sector.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Manage a team of 9 Account Executives, sharing best practices and helping them gain a sense of perspective in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Lead your team to success through performance monitoring, setting goals, and providing continuous assistance to each individual.
- Attract, hire, onboard, and coach new talent while motivating existing employees to foster growth and development.
Sales Strategy & Process Optimization
- Define the go-to-market strategy and create actionable plans, monitoring daily progress to ensure alignment with goals.
- Set up a comprehensive sales playbook, ensuring processes reflect customer requirements, and continuously optimize sales approaches to meet business needs.
- Organize and track sales activities by setting clear performance metrics, guaranteeing forecast accuracy, and identifying performance gaps.
Collaboration & Market Insights
- Work closely with marketing, business development, partnerships, and product teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market efforts.
- Identify new market opportunities by networking to generate business and acting as a spokesperson at events.
Sales Strategy Development & Execution
- Set goals for your team and the broader sales organization, ensuring consistent motivation and progress toward targets.
- Continuously train your employees to develop a highly skilled and adaptable sales force.

Requirements
🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:
- Experience as a head of Sales in SaaS
- A collaborative and participative leadership background
- Bilingual or native English, a second language is a plus
- Experience in an international environment
- Hands-on leadership, eager to grow with curious to learn
