As our Head of Sales, you will lead and elevate our sales organization of 50 professionals into a high-performing team. You make sure that every prospect has a great experience throughout the sales funnel, from first contact to final quote and payment. You will ensure we meet our ambitious growth targets by expanding the team and maintaining a strong focus on conversion and quality of plans. You report to the CCO and will work closely with teams through the organization.
What you’ll do:
Lead, mentor, and scale our sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales targets
Foster a culture of success and achieving goals, while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
Implement solid sales processes, scripts and systems to ensure happy converting customers and predictable sales
Support and grow your team of leads, enhancing their leadership capabilities.
Use data-driven insights to steer on performance and drive the sales team towards exceptional results
Drive rapid execution and implementation of tactical and strategic sales initiatives.
Ensure all quotes quotes sent out maintain a high-quality (technical) standard to ensure successful installations down the line
Identify, test and roll out new products and sales channels to expand market reach, e.g., retail, door-to-door, events
