About the Role

We're looking a Head of Sales to join our team in Hamburg. You will lead the day-to-day running of our small but mighty team of 4 and ensure that the team are set-up for success and future growth. You will report directly into the Founders. 


In this role, you will:

    • Take the lead in expanding our customer base and driving sales as well as designing and executing innovative sales strategies to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
    • Provide strong leadership and direction to the sales team, building and nurturing a high-performing team culture.
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
    • Lead pricing strategies and accurate sales forecasting to optimize revenue and profitability.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes and drive results.
    • Take ownership of the entire sales outbound cycle, from effective lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consistent top-funnel inflow.
    • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships, positioning the company for sustained success.
    • Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with broader company objectives, driving cohesive growth initiatives.


What Success looks like: 

  • 3 months: Dive into our product and customer landscape, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and the challenges our customers face. Conduct a thorough audit of our current sales processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • 6 months: Take ownership of our existing sales processes. Analyze and implement new measures to increase customer intake and higher ACVs. Take over our sales team of 4 people (long-term ≈ 10 people), empowering them to drive results and propel our company forward.
  • 1 year: Run a Series-ready Sales Team and ensure constant growth for our company.
