About the Team

Miro is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to shape and drive our go-to-market strategy in France. As the Head of France, you will own the French Sales team and play a pivotal role in propelling our growth and market share in this critical region. Reporting to the Head of Emerging Markets, you will also be an integral part of the EMEA sales leadership team.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and Innovate: Formulate and execute a forward-thinking go-to-market strategy for France in collaboration with sales leadership, revenue operations, product, and marketing teams
  • Build a Winning Team: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals to excel across multiple sales motions and customer segments
  • Engage with Key Customers: Build deep relationships with our largest accounts, ensuring their success and driving additional engagement opportunities
  • Drive Market Insights: Champion the voice of the French market by providing actionable feedback to product teams on localization and unique customer needs
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, customer success, and other teams to amplify Miro’s brand awareness and capture growth opportunities in France

What you’ll need

  • Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles at high-growth Enterprise SaaS companies
  • Sales Expertise: 10+ years in technology sales roles with a deep understanding of the French B2B SaaS market
  • Strategic Acumen: A track record of running complex, multi-motion sales organizations, including high-velocity sales and strategic $500K+ deals
  • Talent Development: A passion for hiring, mentoring, and building diverse, high-performing teams
  • Market Insight: Expertise in working cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to seize market opportunities
